Have you checked out the G-Tech Wireless Keyboard yet? It's super flexible and Blue Tooth enabled. All you do is pop in a couple of Triple A batteries, and you're good to go. You can literally roll the keyboard up and toss it into your luggage or bag. I love this gadget, and I'll be keeping my eye on this one. It's an excellent addition to PDAs and Blackberrys. Now you have a laptop sized board to use in place of your tiny Querty fingerpad.
Wounded Soldiers Get Laptops Through Organization
What do you do when you aren't satisfied with the way things are done? You make a difference. That's exactly what Laura Brown did when she found that there were a lack of laptops for wounded soldiers.
The thought that soldiers had
email in Iraq and not in a hospital for wounded soldiers, upset her, so she set out to do something different. It didn't seem right!
The wounded soldiers should have access to be able to contact their families and communicate with them. She decided to set out by donating laptops to these
hospitals so that the soldiers could have contact with their families,
communicate, see their loved ones with cameras, and also be able to
watch movies or television close up, for those with eye injuries.
Her efforts have helped her raise 30 laptops all ready!
24+ were donated to the Walter Reed Medical Center in Washington.
